JLP selected for Poplar HARCA's Contractor Developer Framework
We are delighted to announce that JLP have been successfully appointed by Poplar HARCA to their Contractor Developer Framework.
Poplar HARCA own and manage around 8500 homes in Poplar, East London, spanning nine estates: Aberfeldy, Bow Bridge, Coventry Cross, Burdett, Devons, Lansbury, Lansbury West, Leopold, Lincoln and Teviot. Chrisp Street Market is also proposed for regeneration.
Poplar HARCA intend to procure the services through this framework over the next 48 months, the total value of the programme is circa £445m.
JLP are looking forward to the opportunity of working closely with Poplar HARCA to regenerate local communities in East London.
